2020’s most insta-famous ICONIC trend is back…

At ICONIC London we’re pretty famous for creating trends… and making them go viral!

Thanks to our loyal community of celebrities, influencers, MUAs and customers (the #ICONICBaes) we have the ability to make sure we’re always the go-to for lit looks and the hottest makeup must-haves.

As we began working from home last year, we busied ourselves by finding ways to GLOW on zoom calls without that heavily made-up feeling. And the best news is that our stand-out shimmering trend is clearly here to stay!

Thanks to the babes at Stylist magazine, who revisited the #DolphinSkin look for an article last week [HERE], we’re buzzing once again about the ‘no makeup-makeup’ vibe.

Let’s be real; Who DOESN’T want skin with a sheen that looks silky-smooth, ultra-hydrated and lit-from-within? This is the exact same question we asked ourselves, and so (in the ICONIC group chat) the concept of #DolphinSkin was born.

GET THE LOOK:

Step 1: Apply three dots of our watercolour-effect Sheer Blush high on the cheek bone. A little goes a long way, and the colour is buildable, so you can start subtle if you’re using this formula for the first time.

Step 2: Apply three dots of our blinding liquid Illuminator in between your Sheer Blush dots. This product really is pigment-packed, and its light-reflecting formula makes it one of our most famous break-through products.

Step 3: Using a brush, a sponge or your fingertips, blend the dots together. You’ll see how the mixture becomes a sheer veil of glowing colour on the skin. Blend and blur until it the product sits like a seamless, wet-look highlight.

Step 4: To add an extra layer of soft-focus shimmer, spritz your finished look with our nourishing Prep-Set-Glow spray. Use long, sweeping sprays to set makeup with a glassy, dolphin-skin finish.
