So, while we celebrate our new (and already best-selling) launch, we’re sitting down for a REAL chat with one of our gorgeous content creators every Thursday in the month of August.

First up we have the lovely Dani G, a makeup addict and content creator, bringing light to Alopecia Universalis!

ICONIC: Hi, ICON! Please introduce yourself, let’s GET REAL…

Dani: My name is Dani G, I am 25 years old, and I am a content creator and makeup addict. I use my platforms to raise awareness of Alopecia Universalis, which I’ve had pretty much all my life.

ICONIC: Can you tell us more about Alopecia Universalis?

Dani: It’s an auto-immune condition which makes your hair fall out. I create makeup tutorials to show my every day makeup looks, how I create hair-like brows for example and also to shift perception of traditional beauty standards.

ICONIC: What makes you feel ICONIC?

Dani: My difference is my superpower, it’s what makes me, ME. I’m all about being an ICONIC Queen; unfiltered, raw, real both in what I show of myself and how I look and also in my personality and what I say/share. Simply being authentically me makes me feel ICONIC.

ICONIC: What role does makeup play in your life?

Dani: Makeup has played a huge part in my life (now my career!) and my confidence journey. Without makeup I wouldn’t feel as confident as I do now – it helps me be creative and express myself.

ICONIC: We LOVE working with you, Dani. What is it about ICONIC that you love?

Dani: I love ICONIC products because they are… ICONIC! You can’t deny that the glow is instantly recognisable; we all know and love it. It’s nice to see a brand who are so true to themselves and know exactly what their ‘thing’ is.

ICONIC: What else do people need to know about it?
