Here are some of our tips to stay happy, healthy and positive!

  • Make sure to get up at the same time every day, like you normally would, to stop your body clock getting confused.
  • Get ready every day: brush your hair, put on makeup (if that's what you love to do), get dressed. This will help you focus and feel ready for the day.
  • Make sure to eat healthy and regular meals - not just snacks!
  • Write to-do lists so you can keep track of your tasks.
  • Practice new makeup looks and learn some new skills.
  • Read that book you have't had a chance to.
  • Watch some of your fave movies or new series.
  • Apply some extra Illuminator in the morning so you can glow inside and out!
  • Go out for a walk or run in a quiet area.
  • Or do a fun at-home workout (there's plenty online) to get those endorphins pumping!
  • If you're with your family, make sure to spend some time with them (if you're all healthy!
  • Have coffee dates with your friends over FaceTime.
  • Netflix Party - take advantage of Netflix's new party feature and have a movie night with all your babes
  • Make sure at the EOD you switch off all the work stuff and relax!
  • Have a bath.
  • Light a candle.
  • Take time for yourself and keep your mind as healthy as your body.
